How we handle Mother's Day weekend logistics at scale

Mother's Day weekend runs on a pre-planned dispatch schedule that we start building in late April every year. All orders are slotted into three delivery windows (morning 9am to 12pm, afternoon 12pm to 4pm, evening 4pm to 8pm) and we add extra drivers and extra arrangers specifically for the weekend. Morning deliveries are the most requested because many families gather for Mother's Day lunch and the bouquet needs to arrive before the mother leaves her home. For retirement homes and eldercare facilities, we coordinate directly with reception a day ahead because most facilities have specific visiting-hour protocols. If you miss the 5-day cut-off, WhatsApp us immediately so we can check remaining capacity. Same-day delivery on Mother's Day Sunday itself is often unavailable, so early booking matters more on this weekend than any other in the calendar.
