Wedding reception and solemnisation table centrepieces

Reception table centrepieces are the florals your guests sit with for 3 to 4 hours. The brief is different from a bridal bouquet: they need to look full from every angle (guests sit around the table), they need to clear sight lines so people can talk across the table, and they need to survive 3 to 4 hours in air-conditioned hotel banquet halls without wilting. Our centrepieces are built specifically for that brief: low-and-lush for sit-down dinners, tall-and-airy for cocktail-style receptions, and modular kits for mixed venue layouts.

The classic Singapore reception centrepiece is a low arrangement (no taller than 30 cm so it does not block sight lines), 30 to 50 stems wide, in a glass cylinder vase or rattan bowl, made up of seasonal greenery, garden roses, eustomas, and accent blooms in the wedding's colour palette. For taller receptions, we use 60 to 80 cm-tall trumpet vases with hydrangea, peony, and trailing greenery for a ceiling-reaching effect. For solemnisation tables specifically (smaller, two seats), we build a more focused 15 to 20 stem centrepiece that frames the couple without obstructing the celebrant's view.

Pricing starts at SGD 88 per low centrepiece (compact glass-cylinder, 20 to 30 stems) and reaches SGD 388 per tall centrepiece (premium trumpet vase, peonies and garden roses). Most reception orders are 8 to 15 centrepieces depending on guest count, with volume discounts for orders of 10+ matching pieces.
