Exceptional service recovery and customer care! Recently ordered a floral centrepiece for a significant milestone event, and while there was initially a hiccup, the Singapore Florist team went above and beyond to make it right.

Ordered a bouquet for a friend's birthday and the delivery was right on time. Stems were fresh, the wrap was elegant, and the recipient sent me photos within an hour to thank me. Would order again without hesitation.

Beautiful and affordable bouquets! Singapore Florist has been my go-to for the past two years. Reliable, gorgeous arrangements, and the prices are honest. Highly recommend.

Birthday flowers from the Singapore Florist studio

Every birthday bouquet in this collection is hand-built by the Singapore Florist team the morning it ships. We have been arranging birthday flowers for Singapore homes, offices, and restaurants since the studio was founded in 1987, which means we have a pretty clear picture of what works: a bouquet that looks bigger than it costs, a card that actually fits the occasion, and a delivery window the recipient can rely on. Birthday arrangements are by volume our single largest category, with over a hundred orders dispatched on any normal weekday.

The collection covers every major birthday moment we see through the year. Surprise office deliveries for colleagues (mixed seasonal posies are the most popular). Grandmother birthdays (pink carnations and pastel roses, because softer palettes are what older generations prefer). 21st and 30th milestone birthdays (premium rose boxes and peony arrangements for visual impact). Playful friend birthdays in bright sunflowers and gerberas. And the quieter single-colour arrangements that work for a private dinner or a small celebration at home. If you know the recipient well, the colour palette tells the story before the card message does.

Price tiers start around SGD 68 for the everyday posies (8 to 10 stems, mixed seasonal), go through SGD 98 to SGD 148 for the standard bouquets (12 to 18 stems), and reach SGD 288 for the premium rose boxes and keepsake-vase arrangements. Most of our birthday orders land in the SGD 88 to SGD 138 range. Every order includes free islandwide delivery, a handwritten card with your message, and same-day delivery for orders placed before 12pm. If you are stuck between two options, message us on WhatsApp with the recipient's age and vibe and we will recommend based on what sells best for that profile. For inspiration outside birthdays, browse our rose collection. Read more in our guides to rose colour meanings and how long roses last.

How we match birthday bouquets to specific recipient types

After 39 years of birthday deliveries, certain patterns are reliable. For male colleagues and older-generation men, sunflowers and yellow gerberas almost never miss (they read celebratory without being floral-coded). For female colleagues in their 20s and 30s, mixed pastels with hints of peach and cream are the current favourite. For mothers and grandmothers, pink carnations and soft pink roses carry strong cultural weight. For milestone birthdays (21st, 30th, 50th), we build up the visual scale: more stems, more layers, premium boxed presentation instead of hand-wrap. For surprise office deliveries, we keep the bouquet compact enough to fit on a standard desk without blocking a laptop screen. These are not rules, just patterns we see repeat themselves week after week. Read the Singapore Florist story for the craft lineage behind the studio.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the most popular birthday bouquet you deliver in Singapore?

Over the last year our top-selling birthday arrangement has been the classic 12-stem rose bouquet in mixed pastels, followed closely by the sunflower posy (especially for male recipients and colleagues). For milestone birthdays like 21st, 30th, 50th, the premium rose boxes and peony arrangements are the go-to gifts. If you want current best-sellers, this collection is sorted by popularity.

Can I schedule a birthday flower delivery for a specific date and time?

Yes. Add the delivery date at checkout (up to 60 days in advance) and specify a preferred window in the order notes (morning, afternoon, or evening). For office deliveries we recommend a morning window so the bouquet is on the recipient's desk when they arrive. Need a tight timing like exactly 11am for a meeting? WhatsApp us and we will coordinate directly.

Do you include a free birthday card message with the bouquet?

Yes. Every Singapore Florist birthday order includes a handwritten card with your personal message (up to 300 characters), written by our studio team before the bouquet ships. If you want a specific card design or a gift box add-on, we have paid upgrades available at checkout.

What is the cut-off time for same-day birthday flower delivery in Singapore?

12pm for most postcodes, 11am for Sentosa and the far north-west (Tuas, Lim Chu Kang). Orders placed before the cut-off deliver the same working day for free. After cut-off, orders deliver the next working day. For Sundays and public holidays, add a day. We deliver 7 days a week except on the four Chinese New Year studio closure days.

Can I order a surprise birthday bouquet without the recipient knowing?

Yes, and we do this routinely. Select a delivery window that does not require the recipient's confirmation call, or flag it in the order notes as a surprise delivery with no call-ahead. Our driver will deliver directly to the address you provide. For office surprises, give us the reception desk details and the recipient's name so the driver can hand it over properly.
