How we install wedding hedges on the morning of the ceremony
Wedding hedge installation is a same-day on-site job. Our crew arrives at the venue 3 to 4 hours before the ceremony start time, depending on the hedge complexity. The hedge frames are pre-built in our studio and transported in sections, then assembled in place at the venue. Flowers are inserted into the foam bases on-site to ensure peak freshness during the ceremony. We coordinate directly with the venue's events manager for setup access, electrical needs (if the hedge has lighting), and breakdown timing after the ceremony. For destination weddings or non-Singapore venues, additional travel and accommodation costs apply. Every hedge install is photographed before the ceremony for our records and the bride receives the photos as part of the post-wedding handover.

How far in advance should I book wedding hedges?
4 to 6 weeks ahead minimum, 6 to 8 weeks for the October to February peak wedding season. Wedding hedges require custom flower sourcing, frame building, and venue coordination, all of which need lead time. Last-minute bookings within 2 weeks are sometimes possible but limit your colour palette and flower choice.
Will the hedge match my bridal bouquet and bridesmaid bouquets?
Yes, this is standard. We use the same colour palette and similar focal flowers across the bouquet, posies, hedges, and centrepieces for a unified visual look. Send us the wedding mood board, colour palette swatches, or inspiration photos and we will match the entire floral set.
Do you install wedding hedges at hotel ballrooms or only outdoor venues?
Both. We install at all major Singapore hotel ballrooms (Marina Bay Sands, Fullerton, Ritz-Carlton, Mandarin Oriental, Shangri-La), garden venues, churches, and beach venues. Each venue has its own access protocols and breakdown timing which we coordinate directly with the events manager.
What happens to the hedges after the ceremony?
Two options. Default: we break down and remove the hedges after the ceremony, included in the price. Alternative: you can keep the hedges for the reception or to take home, in which case we leave them in place and the venue handles disposal. Most couples choose the default removal because the foam-based hedges are too large to transport home easily.
