Exceptional service recovery and customer care! Recently ordered a floral centrepiece for a significant milestone event, and while there was initially a hiccup, the Singapore Florist team went above and beyond to make it right.

Ordered a bouquet for a friend's birthday and the delivery was right on time. Stems were fresh, the wrap was elegant, and the recipient sent me photos within an hour to thank me. Would order again without hesitation.
Beautiful and affordable bouquets! Singapore Florist has been my go-to for the past two years. Reliable, gorgeous arrangements, and the prices are honest. Highly recommend.
Condolence wreaths for Singapore sympathy and memorial services
A condolence wreath is the smaller, hand-held cousin of the standing flower tribute. It is usually placed on a grave, at a memorial service, inside a funeral parlour alongside the casket, or delivered to the family home in the days after a bereavement. Every wreath in this collection is hand-built by the Singapore Florist team in our Eunos Techpark studio using traditional sympathy flowers (white chrysanthemums, white lilies, white roses, soft pastel accents) arranged on a weighted circular base for stability. We have been building condolence wreaths since the studio was founded in 1987, and they represent one of the most personal gestures we craft.
The difference between a condolence wreath (this collection) and a condolence stand (our separate condolence stands collection) is in the format and the delivery destination. Stands are 2-metre tall standing arrangements with banners, usually placed around the perimeter of a funeral parlour or wake venue. Wreaths are round 40cm to 80cm hand-held arrangements, usually placed directly on the casket, at the memorial photo, or carried by mourners. Wreaths are a more intimate gesture and are commonly sent by close family members, very close friends, or at a smaller Christian or Catholic service where a standing arrangement would be out of scale.
Price range starts at SGD 128 for the compact 40cm wreaths (suitable for home memorial deliveries or small Christian services) and reaches SGD 388 for the premium 80cm wreaths with dense white rose coverage. Most orders land in the SGD 168 to SGD 248 range. Every wreath includes a simple ribbon with your message, free delivery to any Singapore funeral venue or residential address, and same-day dispatch for orders placed before 12pm. For larger formal tributes at a funeral parlour, see our condolence stands collection. Read more in our guides to rose colour meanings, number of roses meaning, and how long roses last.
How we build a condolence wreath to hold its shape through the service
Condolence wreaths need to hold their shape and freshness through a service that can last 2 to 6 hours, sometimes longer. The construction approach matters. We use a weighted foam base (not a hollow frame) so the wreath sits flat on a casket or stand without tipping. Each stem is inserted at a fixed angle into the foam and secured with floral wire to prevent shifting during transport. The foam is pre-soaked in nutrient water overnight so the stems stay hydrated through the full service duration. For outdoor services or wreaths that will be carried in procession, we add a protective clear acetate wrap that we remove just before placement. Our driver transports wreaths flat in a dedicated carrier to prevent any crushing during the drive to the venue.

Frequently Asked Questions
When do I send a condolence wreath versus a standing flower tribute?
Send a wreath when the gesture is personal and intimate (close family, best friend, small Christian or Catholic service). Send a standing tribute when the relationship is more formal or when the venue is a large funeral parlour where multiple standing arrangements are expected. A good rule: wreaths go on the casket or at the memorial photo, stands go around the room.
Can I send a condolence wreath to a home address instead of a funeral parlour?
Yes. Home deliveries are common for condolence wreaths, especially in the days following the burial when the family is grieving at home. Home wreaths are usually placed on a memorial table or at the deceased's portrait. Our driver will deliver directly to the residential address and hand over discreetly, without ringing the doorbell aggressively.
What is the difference between a fresh wreath and the wreaths in your collection?
Every wreath in this collection is built from fresh cut flowers (not preserved or artificial). The flower freshness, build quality, and delivery logistics are the same across our full sympathy range. Fresh wreaths last 2 to 4 days depending on the service length and ambient conditions, which is appropriate for the typical Singapore funeral or memorial service window.
Are wreaths appropriate for Chinese funerals in Singapore?
Yes and no. Wreaths in the Western Christian sense (round garland placed on a casket) are not traditional in Chinese funerals. However, hand-arranged circular sympathy bouquets (which we also build in this collection) ARE commonly used at Chinese services as personal tributes. For Chinese funerals, the more common tribute is a standing arrangement. See our condolence stands collection for Chinese funeral tradition.
Can you deliver a condolence wreath urgently, same day?
Yes. Same-day delivery for condolence wreaths is available for orders placed before 12pm, and our studio maintains a rapid-dispatch protocol for urgent sympathy orders. For bookings that need delivery within 2 to 3 hours, WhatsApp us before ordering so we can confirm the timeline.
