For standard same-day delivery, order by 11 AM Singapore time. For specific delivery windows like after work or before her dinner reservation, order the day before so we can coordinate the timing with our drivers. For specific delivery days (her birthday, a wedding anniversary), you can place the order up to 60 days in advance and we will hold the date. The earlier you book, the more control you have over timing.
We can leave the bouquet with a neighbour, the condo concierge, or at the hospital nursing station. Let us know in the order notes where you want the bouquet left if nobody answers. Our drivers handle these situations every day and know how to keep flowers safe until she gets back. If you want us to call her first before leaving the bouquet unattended, add that request in the notes and we will coordinate.
Yes, we deliver to every hospital in Singapore including SGH, NUH, KKH, Mount Elizabeth, Gleneagles, Parkway East, Thomson Medical, and Raffles Hospital. Include the ward number and your mum's full name in the order notes so our driver can coordinate with the nursing station. If she is in ICU or a restricted ward, we can leave the bouquet at reception and notify the nurses. Flowers are a small but powerful gesture in hospital rooms.
