How we coordinate grand opening delivery timing

Grand opening delivery timing is more critical than almost any other flower delivery category we handle. If the stands arrive late, they miss the photo opportunity. If they arrive too early, they crowd the venue before the business is ready to receive them. Our protocol is to deliver grand opening stands exactly 30 to 60 minutes before the official opening time specified by the business. For openings scheduled before 11am, we deliver between 8am and 10am. For afternoon openings, we deliver between 12pm and 1pm. For evening receptions, we deliver between 4pm and 5pm.
