We handle this with advance scheduling: corporate clients placing 10+ hamper orders typically book in October or November, locking in their hamper specs, recipient lists, and dispatch dates. We then assemble the hampers in batches throughout December, dispatching according to the agreed schedule. For last-minute Christmas hamper orders (within 5 days of Christmas), we still accept them but recommend ordering by 15 December to avoid the final-week rush.
