If you order before 9am Singapore time, your bouquet leaves our studio that same day. If you are 12 hours behind in New York or Los Angeles, that means ordering the night before. We have built the timezone math into the table below so you do not have to.

WhatsApp updates for both you and the recipient. When the bouquet leaves our studio you get a photo. When the driver is on the way you get a tracking link. When it lands at the door, you get a delivery confirmation with the recipient's name. The recipient gets their own thread separately, so there are no surprise interruptions on either side.

Checkout supports USD, AUD, GBP, CAD, and EUR, alongside SGD. Stripe handles the conversion at the live mid-market rate plus their standard FX fee. We do not add a hidden markup on top.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay all work. Most overseas orders settle without your bank rejecting the foreign transaction, but if yours does, message our WhatsApp and we will reissue the link.

Common Questions From Overseas Senders
What time should I order to make same-day delivery?
Before 9am Singapore time. See the timezone table above for what that means in your city. After the cutoff we deliver next day.
Will the recipient know the flowers are from me?
Yes, unless you tell us otherwise. Write your card message at checkout and we hand-write it onto the card that goes with the bouquet. If you want it to be a surprise we can hold your name until the bouquet is in their hands.
What if they are not home when the driver arrives?
The driver calls the recipient before knocking. If no one answers, we leave with the concierge or a neighbor with the recipient's permission, or attempt redelivery for a small fee.
Can I leave delivery instructions like "ring twice" or "leave with security"?
Yes. Add the note at checkout. Our drivers follow them.
Can I schedule a future delivery date?
Yes. Pick any date in the next 60 days at checkout. We hand-pick the stems on the morning of that date, not before.
What if the bouquet is damaged on arrival?
Message our WhatsApp with a photo within 24 hours. We replace or refund. This has happened twice in the last twelve months. Both were sorted within a day.
