Boutonnieres and corsages for weddings, prom, and formal events

The boutonniere on the groom's lapel and the corsage on the mother-of-the-bride's wrist are the smallest pieces of wedding florals, and the ones most likely to fall off if not built properly. We pin and wire each one in our Eunos studio with the same fresh blooms used in the bridal bouquet, so the colour palette and flower mix match exactly. Boutonnieres for the groom, the groomsmen, the fathers of the bride and groom, and the ring bearer. Corsages for the mothers, grandmothers, and any honoured family members.

The standard boutonniere is one focal bloom (usually a small rose or ranunculus) with one accent stem (eucalyptus or wax flower), wired and ribbon-wrapped. The standard corsage is a 2 to 3 bloom wrist piece on an elastic band, or a pin-on if the wearer prefers. For prom and formal events, our boutonnieres and corsages match in pairs (wearer and date), with colour coordinated to the dress or the ribbon.

Pricing starts at SGD 28 per boutonniere and SGD 38 per corsage, with set discounts on orders of 4+ matching pieces. For the larger wedding florals (bridal bouquet, bridesmaid posies, table centrepieces), see our complete wedding bouquets collection, fresh bridal bouquets, and bridesmaid posies. Order at least 5 working days before the wedding for guaranteed sourcing.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a boutonniere and a corsage?

A boutonniere is the small floral piece pinned to the lapel of a man's jacket (groom, groomsmen, fathers, ring bearer). A corsage is worn by women, usually on the wrist on an elastic band or pinned to the dress (mothers, grandmothers, honoured guests). Both coordinate with the bridal bouquet's palette.

How much do boutonnieres and corsages cost in Singapore?

SGD 28 per boutonniere and SGD 38 per corsage. Set discounts for 4+ matching pieces. For weddings with 6 to 10 boutonnieres plus 4 to 6 corsages, expect SGD 280 to SGD 420 total.

How many boutonnieres and corsages should I order for a wedding?

Standard is one boutonniere each for the groom, all groomsmen, both fathers, the ring bearer, and the officiant if they agree to wear one. Standard is one corsage each for the mothers and grandmothers of both bride and groom. Most Singapore weddings order 6 to 10 boutonnieres and 4 to 6 corsages.

When should I order boutonnieres and corsages?

At least 5 working days before the wedding for guaranteed sourcing of seasonal blooms. Same-day boutonnieres are available for last-minute additions but selection is limited to in-stock blooms.

Can I order matching boutonniere and corsage for prom or a formal event?

Yes. We build pairs (one boutonniere for the wearer's date, one corsage for the wearer) coordinated to the dress colour. Add the dress or the ribbon colour in the order notes and we will match.
