Orchids in Singapore, from our Eunos studio to your door

Singapore's national flower is an orchid (Vanda Miss Joaquim, if you want to impress someone at dinner). So it makes sense that orchids are one of our most-ordered categories, year round, no seasonal dependency.

We carry five types. Live Phalaenopsis orchid plants that bloom for 8 to 12 weeks and re-bloom the next year with minimal care. Orchid hand bouquets using Dendrobium, Mokara, and Cymbidium stems cut fresh from local farms. Cut orchid bunches sold by the stem for DIY arrangements. Orchid garlands for weddings and temple ceremonies. And artificial orchid arrangements for offices and homes where maintenance is not an option.

Every orchid order comes with free islandwide delivery, no GST, and our on-time guarantee. If it arrives late, the next one is free. We have been doing this since 1987, so late is not really in our vocabulary.

Frequently Asked Questions

What types of orchids can I buy from Singapore Florist?

Five types. Live Phalaenopsis orchid plants (single to 6-stalk, from $84), Dendrobium and Mokara orchid hand bouquets (from $66), cut orchid stems sold by the bunch, orchid garlands for ceremonies, and premium artificial orchid arrangements for low-maintenance settings. All come with free delivery.

How long do orchid plants last in Singapore's climate?

Phalaenopsis orchids bloom for 8 to 12 weeks on the first cycle. After the flowers drop, the plant enters a rest period and typically re-blooms in 3 to 6 months. Singapore's humidity (75 to 85 percent year-round) is ideal for orchids. Water once a week, keep near indirect light, and they can last years.

Do you offer same-day orchid delivery in Singapore?

Yes. Orders placed before 12:30pm qualify for same-day delivery islandwide. Orchid plants are delivered in protective packaging to keep the stems and blooms intact during transit. If your orchid arrives late, the next delivery is on us.

What is the best orchid to give as a gift in Singapore?

For most occasions, a double-stalk Phalaenopsis plant is the safest choice. It looks impressive, lasts months, and requires almost no maintenance. For something more dramatic, a Cymbidium or Mokara orchid hand bouquet works well. For Chinese New Year or office warming, multi-stalk orchid plants in ceramic pots are the traditional go-to.

Are orchids safe for homes with cats or dogs?

Phalaenopsis orchids are non-toxic to cats and dogs, making them one of the safest flowering plants for pet owners. We also carry two pet-safe orchid bouquet options (Pasir Playful Petals and MacRitchie Mellow Meadows) that use only pet-friendly stems and fillers.
