Every wedding bouquet is built the morning of the ceremony, never the day before. The build sequence starts at 5am for morning weddings. Stems are cut fresh, stripped, and conditioned in nutrient water for 2 to 3 hours. The arranger builds the bouquet in a spiral hand-tied formation, adjusting the shape and proportion to match the reference photo the bride provided during booking. Once the bouquet is tied, ribbon-wrapped, and photographed for our records, it is placed in a cool transport box with a water-source tube so the stems stay hydrated during the drive to the venue. Delivery windows are 8am to 11am and we coordinate the exact timing with the couple the week before the wedding. We also keep a backup arrangement prepped for every wedding order, ready to dispatch within 30 minutes if anything goes wrong in transit.
