1. Flowers are usually collected or delivered the day before. For delivery from 18:00-22:00 (weekdays only) or within a one-hour timeframe, please WhatsApp us with your order ID or select Express Delivery.
2. Your bouquet will arrive aqua-wrapped to keep it fresh; place it in an air-conditioned room and mist the flowers occasionally. Before use, remove the wrap and pat the stems dry to prevent excess water from dripping.
3. Flower colours and leaves may vary due to seasonality and natural traits. Substitutions may be made with similar or superior blooms to maintain style.
