Hi, I'm Jim. I run Singapore Florist, the boutique flower studio first opened in 1987 by its founding family. My team and I acquired the studio with one promise: keep the craft, keep the customer relationships, and modernise everything else. Every article on this blog is written or vetted by me, and grounded in 39 years of hands-on bouquet design.

My Story

From a 1987 Founding Family To Today

Singapore Florist was first opened by its founding family in 1987. For nearly four decades, the studio built its reputation on one thing: doing the unglamorous work of sourcing fresh stems, designing them with care, and delivering on time, every time.

When my team and I acquired the studio from the original owners, we promised to honour that legacy. We kept the craft. We kept the customer relationships. And we modernised the parts that needed modernising: the website, the delivery logistics, the freshness guarantees.

This blog is part of that promise. Every article you read here is grounded in real bouquet design experience, real grower relationships, and real customer feedback from the 195+ verified reviews we have built over the years.
