What you should know before you redeem
Points come off the bouquet, not delivery
We count the paid subtotal after any promo, before shipping or express. Same-day and evening surcharges do not earn points.
The code spends the points immediately
When SingBee mints the code, those points leave your balance. If the code expires unused, the points stay spent. Use it within 30 days.
One code per order
Each code is single-use and cannot sit next to another discount on the same checkout. Use the same email as your previous Singapore Florist orders or the code will not apply.
The honest questions
Do I need to sign up?
No. Points start on your first paid order. WhatsApp is how you see them.
How do I check my points?
WhatsApp +65 8775 8306 and send the word points. That is the live balance.
Do points expire?
Your balance does not expire. A redeemed code lasts 30 days. Unused, the points stay spent.
Do gift orders earn points?
Yes. Points go to the person who pays, not the recipient.
Can I use more than one discount on an order?
No. One loyalty code per checkout, and it cannot combine with other discount codes.
What if an order is refunded?
WhatsApp us with the order number. We will adjust the points by hand.
