What makes our loyalty card different
We looked at every typical loyalty program and decided to do almost everything backwards. Here is what changed.
Rewards grow with loyalty
Most loyalty programs cap out at a flat 5% or 10%. Ours starts at 6% and climbs to a full 10% effective cashback at the top tier. The longer you stay, the better it gets, instead of the usual diminishing returns.
Stamps never expire
Once you earn a stamp, it is yours forever. No annual reset, no "use it by December or lose it" pressure. Take your time. The discount codes themselves last 90 days from issue, which is enough.
Zero signup, zero hassle
No app to download, no membership card to lose, no points to mentally track. As long as you check out with the same email, the system handles everything in the background. You only hear from us when you unlock something.
The honest questions
Do I need to sign up?
No. Stamps accumulate automatically every time you place an order using the same email address. As long as you check out with your email, your stamps follow you. No app, no membership, nothing to install.
What if I check out with a different email?
The stamps are tied to your email, so make sure you use the same email address every time. If you accidentally checked out with a different email and want to merge the orders, WhatsApp our team and we will combine them for you within one working day.
Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
No. Each loyalty discount code is single-use and cannot be combined with other discount codes on the same order. Apply the highest-value code you have unlocked at checkout. If you have multiple unlocked codes (because you have crossed multiple tiers), use them one at a time on separate orders.
Do my stamps expire?
The stamps themselves do not expire. Once you have earned them, they stay on your account permanently. The unlocked discount codes, however, expire 90 days after they are issued. Use them or lose them. We send a reminder email 7 days before each code expires.
Does the loyalty program apply to gift orders sent to other people?
Yes. Stamps are credited to the customer who places and pays for the order, not the recipient. So if you regularly order flowers as gifts for family, colleagues, or partners, your stamps still accumulate. This is actually how most of our highest-tier customers earn their rewards.
How do I check how many stamps I have right now?
Your current stamp count is included in every loyalty email you receive after each order. We are also working on a customer dashboard where you can check your stamps any time. If you need an immediate stamp count, WhatsApp our team with your email and we will look it up.
What if I get a refund on an order?
If a full refund is processed, the stamps from that order are removed from your count. For partial refunds, the stamps are recalculated based on the post-refund order total. We do this in the background automatically, so you do not need to flag it.
Is there a maximum number of stamps I can earn?
The visual stamp card maxes out at 20 stamps (the top tier). If you keep ordering past 20 stamps, you continue to earn rewards on a 10 percent rolling basis but the email graphic stays the same. We are working on a refreshed visual for our top-tier regulars who are well past 20 stamps.
